COVID-19 Updates

We have some new protocols and changes in place to ensure everyone’s safety

  • We have a limited number of appointments per hour, day and week to minimize potential exposure

  • We do thorough cleaning of our equipment and office before, during and after each appointment

  • All guests and staff are required to wear masks. If you don’t have one, we will provide one!

  • We will take temperatures upon entry into the office

  • All payment must be made online or using our contactless payment system

What exactly is an esqape?

Esqapes® provides guests with an unparalleled immersive relaxation experience. Using a combination of proprietary software, virtual reality hardware, automated massage programs and traditional wellness practices, Esqapes® transports guests to a place of peace, calm and total relaxation. In short, it’s like a mini vacation at a fraction of the cost!


What is the Heat Treatment?

You can enhance your massage experience by adding full body heat treatment during your session. Your legs, back and bottom will be toasty as the rollers glide over you!


What do I need to bring?

We’re here to help you relax. Before your visit, please consider the following:

  • All guests will be required to wear a mask, if you don’t have one, we will provide one.

  • We will take your temperature at the door to insure everyone’s safety. If you’re feeling sick, please reschedule.

  • You will need to have a Photo ID to confirm your appointment at check-in (Must be 18 or older)

  • Please wear comfortable clothing that is not too loose or baggy.

  • Wear socks or stockings. If you don't wear socks to your appointment, no sweat we'll provide a pair!

  • If you wear eyeglasses and also have contact lenses, you should probably wear your contacts for your session. We can accommodate eyeglasses, however depending on the shape of the frame it may take some time to get them properly fitted in the VR headset.

  • We have a strict CELL PHONE OFF policy. At check-in, you must turn OFF your cell phone prior to your session. We don't want any rings, buzzes, dings or chimes disturbing others while you enjoy your Esqape.

When you enter the building, please ask the security desk to direct you to the Mezzanine level. We're hidden in a secret part of the building ;-)

There is a parking structure for the building with an entrance on Masselin. Please note, we do NOT offer validations for the parking structure. 

Metered and non-metered parking is available on the street. Please be sure to feed the meter and set a timer on your phone so you don’t get a ticket!

When are you open?

Esqapes® is currently closed until further notice.


How do I check in?

When you arrive, you will be greeted and instructed to check-in on our iPad system. If this is your first visit, our host will provide you with a brief overview of how your session will commence. At that time the host will also provide you with your locker key and show you where to store your belongings.

Important: you will need to show a Photo ID to prove that it’s you checking in for your appointment ;-)


What time should I be there?

Please plan to arrive 15 - 20 minutes prior to your Esqape session. For example, if you booked a 1 pm session, you should arrive by 12:40 pm to facilitate check-in and enjoy our LOUNGE. The pre-session lounge is actually a significant part of your overall Esqape experience. It's a great place to wind down and clear your mind before your session.

Your session should start and end on time.  Please note that if you arrive late, unfortunately that lost time will eat into your session time. Unfortunately, if you arrive 15 minutes late to your booked appointment (ex. 1:15 pm for a 1 pm session), you will forfeit your appointment and lose your full payment. Again, we HIGHLY recommend that you arrive 15-20 minutes early for your appointment.


What if I need to cancel?

Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

If something comes up and you need to reschedule, we request that you do so 24 hours in advance of your session. You may reschedule through the link in your original email confirmation or by emailing info@myesqape.com 

If you cancel without 24 hours notice or are a no-show, you may forfeit your session and you will not be refunded.


What else should I know?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children or young adults under 18 years old. Please leave your little ones at home ;-) This also applies to furry children and animals. We cannot be responsible for any companions as you enjoy your Esqape experience.

If you are pregnant or have suffered a recent injury, we would advise against doing an Esqapes experience. It is possible to partake in one of our experiences, however you will be doing so at your own risk.

Each Esqapes experience is roughly 30 minutes long. Please come early and allow enough time to park, check-in and get yourself situated. We don’t want you to be stressed before your appointment!


Do you offer group or special event bookings?

We are no longer offering special event bookings at the moment.
